1. Contest Sponsor This giveaway contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Happy Home Connect (“Sponsor”), located in Ontario, Canada.

2. Eligibility

• The Contest is open to legal residents of Ontario, Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family members and those living in the same household are not eligible to participate.

• The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.

3. Contest Period The Contest begins on 06/11/24 and ends on june/11/25 (“Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Participants must register and be a member on Happy Home Connect. 

• Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

5. Prize

• The prize consists of a $2500 grocery gift.

• The approximate retail value of the prize is $2500 CAD

• The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the original prize is not available for any reason.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The drawing will be conducted on 06/11/25 The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

• The potential winner will be notified via email and phone call within 10 days following the selection. The winner must respond within [number] days to claim the prize.

• If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to claim the prize within the specified time period, or is disqualified for any reason, the potential winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected.

7. Publicity By entering the Contest, participants agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

• Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

• Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability By participating in the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Contest or receipt or use of the prize.

10. Disputes Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Ontario, Canada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, participants’ rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario, Canada.
